Responsibilities
Lead patient-centered care by performing clinical assessments and therapeutic services that directly contribute to the well-being and recovery of every individual you treat.
Drive clinical excellence through the precise administration of medications and the vigilant monitoring of patient responses to ensure safety and treatment efficacy.
Empower patients and families by translating complex treatment plans into clear, actionable education, ensuring they feel confident and supported from admission to post-discharge care.
Optimize clinic operations by coordinating team workflows and delegating routine tasks effectively to ensure seamless patient flow and a high-quality care environment.
Ensure data integrity by documenting the patient care journey with accuracy and timeliness, providing the critical insights needed for informed medical decision-making.
RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Drivers License preferred.
Education
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences
LVN/LPN experience preferred.
