    Job Description *

Are you a QA Analyst looking to grow your resume with testing Cable Domains and working in billers as in Amdocs and CSG? Insight Global has an opportunity with a telecommunications client in the Maryland Heights, MO area. Specifically, we are looking to add a Quality Assurance Analyst to our team that is willing to work 5 days onsite for the Billing Operations QA group until the end of the year. Within this team, a subset of team works on MEC Offer Testing, and due to spike in the number of projects that needs to be functionally testing for all MEC changes, existing team needs additional head count to deliver quality testing within short period of time. One will, create tests to find any problems with software before the product is launched. You will identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them. You will also pay very close attention to detail and coach their team on managing testing tools, reporting results, and motivating process improvement. A normal workday for a quality assurance engineer includes developing new tests to run, running the tests, and documenting the results; if any defects are noted the quality assurance analysts will need to collaborate with the software developers to find a fix and patch the program. Once the defect has been patched, they will need to run the test again to make sure there are no new bugs and to make sure the defect found has been corrected. More specifically below:

Analyzing BRD documents and design test cases by using different Test Design techniques.

Work with offshore team on task prioritization and help if any roadblocks.

Work closely with MEC Design and PMO team on MEC Testing.

    Sending daily status report.

    Setting up defect triage calls.

Understand and help automation needs to read scripts and Java code
