$As a Permanent Grinder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining grinding equipment, ensuring the highest quality of output, and adhering to strict safety standards. Operate and maintain grinding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and output.
Follow blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications to produce parts that meet exact specifications.
Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functionality and perform routine maintenance or repair as needed.

Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the grinding process and make necessary adjustments to prevent damage to parts or machine.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve work processes, enhance product quality, and increase efficiency.
a degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain grinding equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
