    Responsibilities
    • Assist in driving Key's external communication strategy with analysts and investors, focused on enhancing communications, governance, process efficiency and overall effectiveness of the IR function
    • Working with internal partners, help drive messaging, content creation and external disclosures around Key's financial results and other investor engagements such as conferences and roadshows
    • Support relationships with research analysts and institutional investors; stay on top of qualitative and quantitative changes to sell-side analysts' estimates and models
    • Keep management well informed on peer trends, developments and comparisons, and industry topics; distill relevant analyst research to executive management and finance colleagues in an easily digestible way
    • Monitors relative stock valuation, shareholder ownership trend changes, and assists with investor targeting strategies
    • Helps drive an effective fixed income and rating agency relationships program
    • Manage ad hoc and special projects as they arise
    • Help mentor junior members of the investor relations team
    Qualifications
    • 5+ years of financial services experience across Investor Relations, investment banking, equity / fixed income research, FP&A or corporate strategy
    • Solid understanding of banking and financial services industry, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Capital and drivers of profitability and valuation
    • Strong writing and communication skills, must be comfortable writing scripts and crafting talking points
    • Enthusiastic / energy to always be learning, with an 'executive presence,' e.g., communicates concisely, generally likeable and interpersonal, has an ability to 'read the room'
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-sensitive deadlines and multiple demands
    • Ability to learn and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
    • Sound business judgment and ethics
    • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, and to work evenings and weekends, as needed
    Education

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience / Master's degree a plus
