    The Sourcing Manager will lead the strategic sourcing and quoting teams ensuring best in class service to internal customers.

    They will be responsible for managing quoting opportunities, driving negotiations, creating strategic alignment with suppliers, and leading synergies between quoting team and other stake holders.

    Essential Functions
    Develop and execute systematic approach to quotes with aim on offering competitive bid in timely fashion
    Periodic review of quote and assessing competitive analysis, and gaps for improvements
    Lead the management of strategic supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, risk assessment, and collaboration on continuous improvement initiatives
    Work with sourcing teams globally to bring synergies on product offerings, cost savings and other opportunities
    Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvements related to procurement and supplier performance

    Evaluate and monitor supplier performance in conjunction with purchasing team with in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, quality, cost, and responsiveness.

    Develop actionable insights for improvement
    Collaborate with the procurement team to identify suitable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
    Continuously monitor industry trends, market conditions, and innovations in fasteners and related products. Provide informed recommendations for sourcing decisions
    Manage and mentor a team of Sourcing Analysts and Procurement Professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to foster their professional growth and development
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including quality, logistics, finance, and operations to ensure sourcing activities are integrate and support overall company success
    Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate procurement and sourcing data, supplier performance, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
    Coordinate product training with associates, suppliers, engineers and customers
    All other duties as assigned
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and software
    Proficient in putting together periodic data, analytics and project management
    Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    In-depth knowledge of fasteners, PVF, Electrical and other class C items materials, industry standards, and market dynamics
    Exceptional leadership and project management abilities
    Required Education and Experience
    Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
    10+ years of progressive experience in sourcing, procurement, or analytical roles within the fastener distribution industry
    5+ years' experience in a managerial capacity
    Experience in quote management, large costing data analytics is preferred
