Competencies:

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide supportive counseling for youth and their families in the program.

Must demonstrate the ability to provide crisis intervention and response 24/7 when assigned. Must demonstrate the ability to maintain contact with the youth, family, and their support system.
Must demonstrate the ability to produce a progress note in the DAP format with 100% accuracy.

Must demonstrate the ability to generate and maintain appropriate documentation as noted by the biweekly chart review with at least 98% accuracy.

Must demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and implement treatment recommendations in conjunction with DYFS, the case manager, and other community partners that lead to an appropriate discharge from the program.

Must demonstrate the ability to access local networks of services as dictated by the current ICP.Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a professional relationship with youth, family, their support system, and all service providers.

Must participate in and pass all company mandatory training as scheduled. Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge.


Responsibilities:
