    JOB SUMMARY:
    Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), the 4 th

    largest and largest private Outdoor Advertising firm in the U.S., is seeking an experienced

    Sr. FP&A Analyst

    to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles, as well as experience in developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial forecasts, and developing annual budgets.

    The Sr. FP&A Analyst will also be responsible for assisting with Board of Directors materials.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE:
    Assist with the preparation of Board of Directors materials,including financial presentations and reports
    Significant exposure to C-Suite executives (CEO & CFO)
    Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the organization
    Prepare financial forecasts for the short-term and long-term
    Develop and manage the annual budget
    Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted results
    Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management
    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function
    Effectively communicate to convey financial information and insights to various stakeholders.
    Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
    Performs other functions as assigned.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree in finance,accounting,or a related field
    5+ years of experience in FP&A
    Strong understanding of financial modeling,forecasting,and budgeting
    Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Power BI is a plus.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Corporate experience preferred
    Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, adeptly transforming complex financial data into insightful presentations
