We're excited to announce an opportunity for the position of Retail Banking Officer of our Belchertown Banking Center Under the direction of the Vice President Regional Manager this position is responsible for banking center sales customer growth and retention of all existing relationships in an assigned market region Leads the banking center team in contributing to the Bank's overall goals through active participation in sales management calling programs community relations and delivery of exceptional customer service This role oversees all aspects of operations in the banking center as well as strategizing and developing sales plans for designated market locations Provides strong leadership to develop staff to reach maximum potential h2/h2 ul li Oversees all aspects of banking center operations aligns all activities and resources to achieve Bank goals Ensures consistently positive customer experience at assigned banking center location by leading team members deliver exceptional customer service achieve trusted advisor relationships with each interaction li li Fosters active positive sales culture bank centers develops coaching sales strategies initiatives strategic business development plan Supports promotions campaigns communication engagement li li Develops new relationships conducting outbound calls building centers influence using additional tools meet established services objectives Responsible mortgage commercial loan cash management merchant referrals internal lines Services effectively communicate policies procedures operational changes facilitates discussions regarding employee development product knowledge goal objectives br br Opens accounts conducts advanced transactions demonstrates sound products services Originates closes consumer home equity lines credit loans Small Business Express loans Serves subject matter expert including policies trends efforts Attends meetings training webinars seminars appropriate stay current knowledgeable Country Bank products services Runs cash drawer maintaining balancing record compliance Retail Balancing Standards Assists working weekend days needed Building long-lasting relationships customers colleagues embodiment Core Values Integrity Service Teamwork Excellence Prosperity Other job duties assigned hr/p>,
