    Tideway Physical Therapy -- multiple-time winner of Best of Galveston County for Best Rehabilitation and Best Physical Therapy Clinic -- is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team on beautiful Galveston Island, TX.

Our clinic features both aquatics-based and land-based therapy programs, giving you diverse treatment tools and the ability to create truly individualized care plans. Since expanding our land-based services in 2021, we have continued to grow and now need another talented PT to keep up with demand.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    - Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and general rehabilitation needs

    - Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices

    - Utilize both aquatic and land-based therapy modalities

    - Collaborate with physicians, PTAs, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes

    - Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly

    - Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies

    - Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree

    - Active Texas Physical Therapy license (or eligible for licensure)

    - CPR certification
