Job summary
The Director Hospice Clinical Services will lead the daily clinical and administrative operations of the Hospice Program and all hospice program staff by providing leadership, direction, and supervision. They will ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and Connecticut State Regulations.
Responsibilities
- Directs the daily clinical and administrative operations of the Hospice Program and all hospice program staff by providing leadership, direction, and supervision
- Reviews, revises and develops administrative policies and procedures to be approved by the PAC and Associate Executive Director of agency/li>Evaluates performance appraisals on allied health professionals.
- Certifies that complete personnel records are maintained
- Maintains an open communication environment for employees
