The Director of Training and Operations Excellence for Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar is responsible for strategic planning, testing development, and implementation and deployment of company initiatives. This role is also responsible for leading the development, coordination, and implementation of all field-level training programs to support brand initiatives to improve sales, customer loyalty,
and employee engagement.
