    About the Role

    We are seeking a Documentation Administrator I with a keen eye for detail to support our partners in their financing opportunities. This role involves auditing transactions to uphold Canon Financial Services' risk policies and procedures, confirming adherence to established pricing and program guidelines, and ensuring timely funding to our dealers and vendors.

    • Review, analyze, and process financial contracts and supporting documentation within established authority level.
    • Evaluate transactions pursuant to the Canon Financial Services operational guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain exceptional service levels throughout the funding process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of all transactions.

    Your Impact

    This position offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.
