    In order to effectively and efficiently manage TikTok eCommerce business, there are a number of internal business teams globally.

    Operation Products provide a wide range of product/service capabilities to empower these teams to achieve different business agendas.
    Understand how each internal team functions, collect user requirements and proactively discover areas where products can help.


    • Define product roadmap to continuously drive for operation efficiency and metrics to measure success.
    • Complete ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience.
    Minimum 5 years of product management experience


    • In-depth understanding of eCommerce business and operational products such as ERP/CRM
    • Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity
    • Bachelor 's degree is required
