Salary: LPN $30 + benefits and RN $35 + benefits
Schedule: Part-time (2 shifts per week)
- Part-time benefits include paid time off, sick time, and educational assistance
Shift: PM Shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm with an every other weekend rotation required

Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health and Rehab Facility (SMHRF), providing care to the non-aggressive (adult) mentally ill/behavior health population. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a leadership team that has been her for many years. What makes us unique:

This is not a SNF – things are a little easier for you here. Our patients are independent, do not require lifting and are very interactive.

The National Association of Rehab Providers & Agencies (NARA) awarded Transitional Care Management their "Impact Award" for 2023 for our Life Skills Programming. Job Description

What you will do in this role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care. Some have been with us for a long time and can mentor others. You will help patients reach their clinical goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Floor Nurse: We will consider a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for this role.

What we need from you:

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
Prior floor nurse experience within a skilled nursing facility is helpful
New Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply
Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
