Job summary
The Area Sales and Education Coordinator will provide retailers with training and sales support in assigned territory as dictated by the needs of the business with an emphasis on Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom accounts This role will manage 1 -3 freelancers in their territory to represent the brand and achieve sales performance event performance targets.
Responsibilities include:- Conduct all Sephora and Ulta trainings- Achieve sales goals
- Plan execute events for Fresh initiatives Work store management visual placement Store Leadership DMs Point Persons Handle training store personnel new product launches core categories Maintain regular communication Field team regarding opportunities
- Maintain regular call cycle stores effectively manage schedule travel (when applicable)
