Job Description: We are an established South Texas bank with aggressive growth, expanding into the greater South Texas and Central Texas markets. We seek a Banking Center President to manage a profitable banking center, build a commercial loan portfolio, and lead a team delivering high quality customer experiences.

We're looking for a community-focused and customer-oriented Banking Center President with commercial lending experience and a strong network in the Hidalgo County community. The Banking Center President is responsible for operating an efficient and profitable banking center, developing and executing a strategy to meet loan and deposit growth goals, customer service objectives, and compliance metrics. This includes building and maintaining a commercial loan portfolio and actively engaging in the local community, representing Rio Bank in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Five years of banking experience, including commercial lending and sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of financial institution operations and regulations.
• Demonstrated commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and client confidentiality.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a large commercial loan portfolio.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Proven sales ability, effective interpersonal skills, and keen problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of customers, colleagues, and senior leadership.
• Willingness to represent Rio Bank in the community.
• Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred:

• Commercial credit analyst experience.
• Financial experience in a commercial banking setting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking ability.
