GHR is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Columbus, IN, for a full-time contract in a long-term care facility.

Shift: 8 Hour Days

Job Requirements:

Education:
Masters in Occupational Therapy
1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
Indiana OT license required
BLS certification required
