- Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and munication skills, including articulation, phonology, language prehension, expressive language, fluency, and pragmatic language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on assessment results, IEP (Individualized Education Program) objectives, and student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, utilizing evidence-based intervention techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals to integrate speech and language goals into classroom instruction and activities, ensuring alignment with students' educational plans.
- Monitor and document student progress regularly, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to support optimal outes and meet student goals.

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current New Jersey licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention techniques, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
