    Description

    Job Description: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

    Are you passionate about manufacturing processes? Do you excel at developing new methods and optimizing costs for precision machined components? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interpret customer specifications for material properties, geometric tolerances, and critical features.
    • Create 3D models and technical instructions for manufacturing components.
    • Utilize various sources of data to develop engineering packages for production.
    • Review work for compliance and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
    • Optimize process costs and identify inefficiencies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with peers.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide support as a subject matter expert.
    • Perform miscellaneous duties as required.

    Requirements:

    • Associate degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering preferred.
    • 10+ years of experience in machining or contract manufacturing.
    • Expertise in reading Aerospace blueprints and industry standards.
    • Experience with advanced manufacturing methods such as multi-axis turning and milling.
    • Proficiency in creating 3D models and technical data; familiarity with SolidWorks.
    • Knowledge of database tools and IT systems for data management.
