    Description
    One to two urologists (with or without robotics training) are needed to join a thriving and well established multi-specialty group in west-central Minnesota. The group is made up of hospitalists, family physicians, internists, pediatricians, OB/GYN specialists, a urologist, general surgeons, a podiatrist as well as midwives and advanced care providers. This employed position offers a shareholder option. The group covers a 127 bed hospital that has 24,000 inpatients a year with 169,000 outpatient visits. The service population is approaching 100,000.
    • These openings will provide starting salaries of $375,000 enhanced by wRVU production bonuses.
    • There is a negotiable signing bonus as well as relocation assistance.
    • The full benefits package will include medical, dental, retirement, malpractice coverage and more.
    • Employees receive four weeks of paid time off with shareholders moving up to six weeks.
