    Description

    Enjoy a Flexible Work Schedule

    The EEG Technologist performs standard and complex EEG-evoked potential records including electroencephalograms and polysomnograms.

    Shift: Up to 19 hours per week.

    The EEG Technologist Education/Experience:

    • High school diploma/GED.
    • Successful completion of a recognized American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologist (ABRET) equivalent allied health program for diagnostic electroneurodiagnostic testing, or an Associates Degree of equivalent college hours in the health sciences.
    • Thorough knowledge of EEG, evoked potentials, EMG and their computer assisted analysis.
    • One year of related experience required.
    Professional Licensures/Certifications: Candidates may be accepted if registry eligible and can pass boards within one year of employment. Annual recertification with ABRET attending professional growth and development education programs.
