- Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures, conducting basic troubleshooting, and replacing defective components.
- Identifying and rectifying electrical malfunctions, inspecting circuits and wiring, and ensuring electrical equipment safety and efficiency.
- Assisting engineers in diagnosing problems and recommending solutions.
- Maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment such as tools, motors, conveyors, and production systems.
- Providing shift metrics reports to track performance and areas for improvement.
- Reviewing processes to enhance product/process quality, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance by contracted personnel.
- 3-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in industrial machine repair, machine tools, technical drawings, and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Flexibility to work overtime and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Description
The Maintenance Technician role involves maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities, covering planned, predictive maintenance, and breakdown repair activities. This position is for the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am.
