The primary purpose of the position is oversite of the Construction processes of new construction and tenant improvement in the affordable housing world.

The right fit candidate will have 5+ years of multifamily construction management, acting as a superintendent or a project manager on mid to large sized projects ($5-50MM).Candidate will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors, updating MS Project software/Trimble Software, maintaining schedule, 3 week look ahead, punch lists, coordination of supplies and vendors, and general oversite and coordination with Sr Project Manager and the Regional VP.

Strong computer skills and communication abilities are critical to the success of the position.
