Hospitalist invited to join critical access hospital in a scenic riverside community in Maine, 1 hr from Bangor, 1.

Skowhegan, Maine:

We invite a skilled Hospitalist to join the inpatient medical staff of an independent 25-bed critical access hospital providing care to more than 30,000 residents in this riverside community in central Maine.

Join 40+ physicians (and over 700 employees) working to deliver progressive health and medical services in beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities.
Qualified physicians who are Family Medicine or Internal Medicine trained are equally welcome, MDs or DOs. Candidates requiring H1b sponsorship are encouraged to apply.

You will enjoy a convenient schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off, followed by 7 nights on, 7 days off, with 12-hour shifts.

You will handle admissions and discharges, and cover a 4-bed open ICU.
