    Description
    Construction Project Manager - KC
    This Jobot Job is hosted by: Crystal McLaughlin
    We are at the forefront of building, advocating for the establishment of a healthier and more fulfilled community. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in preconstruction estimating within the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor.
    Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, RSMeans) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
    Knowledge of local building regulations and market conditions in Kansas City area is preferred.
