    Description

The firm is known for its independent thinking, investment approach, and performance results. The Client Service Analyst will provide operational support in servicing our clients. The analyst role is not client-facing; however, it is likely that those who can master the necessary skills in the analyst role will be provided with an opportunity to progress to the next role in Client Service.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management (CRM) (per Associate instructions)

    • Enter investment/withdrawal/transfer recommendations
    • Update target allocation, interim allocation, and discretionary ranges
    • Assist in running reports for client meeting books and cash flow

    Custodian (Fidelity & Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund)

    • Prepare trade forms and review client‐directed trades through Fidelity.
    • Review trade blotter/reconcile trade activity.
    • Prepare Fidelity paperwork (e.g. account applications, standing letters of instruction, transactions, etc.)
    • Process and reconcile monthly investment wires and quarterly capital calls.
    • Respond to Client Service requests to process and facilitate money movements including wires, electronic funds transfers, journals, DTC (Depository Transfer Check) of securities, ACAT (Automated Customer Account Transfer) and non‐ACAT transfers.
    • Submit Fidelity paperwork and track to ensure action has been completed.
    • Reconcile transfer activity, including position and cost basis.
    • Maintain accounts and resolve set‐up issues.
    • Gather and create metrics for senior management.

    Investor Relations – FAA Clients

    • Prepare and track Gresham partnerships subscription documents, investment/withdrawal requests, transfers, and other transaction paperwork for Client Service.
    • Communicate outstanding paperwork to Client Service.
    • Placeholder for additional items that may be transitioned from JR.

    Investor Relations – Class B/OCIO clients and retired employees

    • Responsible for all aspects of supporting Class B clients, OCIO, and retired employees.
    • Coordinate Gresham portal set‐up for Class B/OCIO clients with the administrative team.
    • Enter Gresham partnership investment/withdrawal/transfer recommendations and facilitate the paperwork.
    • Tax ID, wire instructions, email/address updates.
    • Respond to ad hoc requests.

    Administrative

    • Save signed GP investment paperwork to SharePoint.
    • Save PDF of client cash flow materials to clients' published documents library in SharePoint.
    • Upload client ad hoc materials (EP docs, income/gift tax returns, etc.) to the Gresham portal.
    • Assist with gathering documents for lines of credit, mortgages, etc.
    • Draft and maintain best practices.
    • In‐kind distribution election tracking/support.
    • Other administrative duties as required – faxing, filing, scanning, etc.
    • Blue Sky Reporting support.
    • Assist with annual mock SEC exam.

    Education, Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics preferred.
    • 0‐2 years prior work experience in financial services, banking, or related field.
    • Innovative, intellectually curious and an eager learner.
    • Demonstrated strength in Microsoft Office suite, experience in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint highly desired.
    • High degree of customer service, attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and urgency with an ability to multi‐task and prioritize under tight deadlines.
    • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • High energy level; motivated; self‐starter; can work both independently and in a team environment and comfortable working with a variety of personalities.
