Vaco is actively seeking a remote Senior Manager of Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Analytics fordirect-hire employment with our client.

Education and Experience :

5 years of HR / HRIS reporting and analytics experience with a solid understanding of Talent Acquisition principles and metrics.

Experience with Workday HRIS system including reporting.

Advanced development skills with Power BI.Ability to build and support custom dashboards as well as ad hoc and recurring reports.

Ability to understand and translate data needs into concise and presentable reports, dashboards,and presentations.
Detail-oriented and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous management experience, preferably within data analysis and business intelligence.
