Description

Baristas provide fast, efficient and friendly service to dealership customers.

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies.
• Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
• Ensure that all drinks are made to the customer's specifications and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and other beverage equipment.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment

• High School graduation or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer Service Experience
• Caf or coffee shop experience a plus
• Experience with point of sale (POS) software.
