    Position: Staff Pharmacist - Hospital

    • Location:Columbia City, IN
    • Shift: Days
    • Type: Direct Hire/Contract
    • Start Date:ASAP
    • Eligible for Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Bonus

    Position Qualifications: To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

    • Possess a pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution
    • Completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency or have equivalent hospital practice experience
    • Pharmacy licensure or eligibility in Indiana is required
    • High level of clinical practice skills
    • Enthusiasm for teaching
    • Interpersonal skills needed to interact effectively with students, health professionals, and patients

    Key Responsibilities: As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in our multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing services such as:

    • Oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing, and documentation of patient medication therapy
    • Advising physicians on matters related to drug usage and control within assigned hospital locations
    • Providing drug information, patient information, and oversight of information and dispensing processes and systems
    • Clinical practices including dosing and monitoring of anticoagulants, antimicrobials, total parenteral nutrition, patient-controlled analgesia, and more.
