As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the diagnostic process by performing high-quality ultrasound examinations on patients, producing accurate and detailed images, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities of the Ultrasound Technologist:
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations using medical equipment to visualize internal organs, tissues, and vessels.
Capture and analyze appropriate diagnostic images and data for interpretation by physicians.
Ensure accurate image labeling, data entry, and patient records maintenance.
Collaborate with physicians to provide preliminary findings and assist in the formulation of patient treatment plans.
Ensure equipment is well-maintained, cleaned, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Adhere to safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort throughout the examination process.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion when dealing with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
Keep abreast of industry advancements, new techniques, and equipment to enhance personal knowledge and improve patient care.
Requirements of the Ultrasound Technologist:
BLS Certification
RDMS
2 years Ultrasound Technologist Experience
