    Customer Support Coordinator

    At One Call, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business customers via phone, email or instant messaging.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues;
    • Serve as primary point of contact for inbound customer requests;
    • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate Product Support department;
