Brinkmann Pumps is currently recruiting for an
IT Specialist
with 3–5 years of IT and software experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience with ERP systems (we use ProAlpha), and a proven ability to lead IT projects and provide technical support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Work with Brinkmann team to identify system and software enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate IT and ERP software (ProAlpha) enhancements in conjunction with the parent company.
- Assess organizational information systems, identify gaps, and propose solutions to address business needs.
- Work in direct conjunction with IT leaders at the parent company to align local initiatives with corporate standards.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and maintain office IT infrastructure.
