Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) for a full-time position within school districts in the Yuba City, CA area. This role is vital in supporting the behavioral and educational needs of students.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current, valid BCBA certification.
• Must meetstate licensure requirements for BCBAs.
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify students' needs.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students.
• Provide direct and indirect behavioral support and services to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' behavioral and educational goals.
• Train and supervise school staff and paraprofessionals on behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions and make data-driven decisions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans.
• Provide ongoing professional development and training to school personnel on behavior management.
