    Summary:

    The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, love the freight business, be an initiative-taker, and will have the ability to highlight our offerings in a compelling way.

    Commission (without cap) payable after candidate reaches and maintains specific quotas.

    We offer a competitive salary package and generous benefits. Starting salary is commensurate with the candidate's experience and book of business.

    This challenging but rewarding role requires a strong understanding of international logistic and the sales process.

    Objectives of this Role:

    Identify prospects, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.

    Meet weekly, monthly, and annual contact and sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

    Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities.

    Prepare professional and accurate presentations, quotes, and proposals.

    Create and maintain comprehensive client SOPs and work closely with operations and customer service teams.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Strong knowledge of international logistics, both import and export, air, and ocean.

    5+ years within the international transportation industry, 2+ years outside sales.

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

    Ability to adapt and thrive in a position that requires self-motivation.

    Proficiency with sales management software and CRM

    -Ability to travel Office territory which includes California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and international as needed.
