    Description

    We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyperson to assist with the upkeep of our vacation rental properties. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position involves general maintenance, minor repairs, and ensuring a high standard of service for our guests.
    Job Type: Seasonal (May – September)
    Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, weekends required, days off during the week)
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform basic diagnostics (e.g., refrigerators, A/C units, garbage disposals).
    • Travel between the main office and various rental properties throughout the day.
    • Handle routine maintenance tasks such as replacing lightbulbs, collecting trash and delivering to the city dump.
    • Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests and property owners.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License (required).
    • Basic repair and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
    • Preferred: Open-bed pickup truck or van for transporting various items such as garbage to the city dump, gas grills, window air condition units plus various supplies and tools.
