    About the role:

    The full-time consultant is an integral member of the Consulting Team. A successful consultant is customer service oriented and resolves issues quickly and efficiently, all while focused on the customer's happiness and success. When needed, the full-time consultant will also contribute to projects and other assignments, demonstrating thought leadership and written and oral communication skills.

    Requirements:

    Responsibilities:

    · Act as a member of a high-performance team to ensure success internally and externally

    · Collaborate with a variety of customers in preparing for their fundraising events.

    · Share best practices and expertise to improve the customer's fundraising success.

    · Guide the customer through the consulting call agenda while maintaining a conversational style.

    · Work with multiple departments to ensure timely progression of a fundraiser until event day.

    · Create a detailed Run of Show document for our onsite and virtual staff.

    · Demonstrate knowledge of our software to assist customers.

    · Identify, and share with leadership, opportunities to design and improve service and product offerings.

    · Advocate for customers and notify other team members as needed of challenges and opportunities during customer interactions.

    · Contribute to team projects and process enhancements as needed.

    · Fully participate during weekly meetings, live software training and within internal communication.

    · Must certify as an onsite staff member, and work onsite at 4 fundraising events per year.

    · Assist with team training by mentoring and shadowing new consultants as needed.

    What you already know and skills you bring:

    · Must be aligned with OneCause company and team objectives, to include product enhancements and new innovations

    · Proven experience building relationships with customers and internal team members to serve as coach, mentor, and subject matter expert

    · Exceptional communication skills – including written, interpersonal, and public speaking

    · Demonstrated high level of initiative, follow through and goal orientation

    · Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Bonus points if:

    · BS/BA preferred

    · Nonprofit work or volunteer leadership experience
