Remote Optional - Offices locations in Downtown Chicago and Denver - Work 100% remote or come into the office Salary: $120-$150k+/- DOE - Bonuses are paid annually from 7-12% of annual salary, 8-10% is avg.

• Understand issues and legislation, exercising independent judgement to create solutions on tax returns as needed
• Mentor staff through participating in our mentoring program
• Assist with growing our firms client base and open to assisting marketing initiatives
• Other additional responsibilitiesWhat You Need for this Position
• Bachelor's degree in accounting 5+ years experience specializing in at least a 50% or higher workload of individual returns
• CPA
