We are a fast-growing recruitment business supporting multiple offices across the U.S. We're looking for a calm highly organised Operations Lead to own daily execution quality and performance across our recruitment operation.This role is about ownership structure and consistency — not firefighting.
Ideal Candidate Recruitment operations or admin leadership background Extremely organised detail-oriented Calm under pressure Comfortable managing remote teams Confident taking ownership making decisions Can balance oversight with hands-on support when needed This is not a senior admin role You are here to run the operation not sit in it This role is expected to grow into a Senior Operations Manager position as the business scales.
