Position Summary:
Oracle Business Intelligence Applications Developer with design, development and implementation experience. The candidate will work with the functional teams and user community in providing enhancements and solutions. Will be an active participant with design discussions, user training and production support activities. Developer should possess sound working knowledge in both RPD (repository) and ETL (Oracle Data Integrator) development.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise with OBIEE 11g development, analysis, report and dashboard design
Design and develop RPDs, reports and dashboards
Be the SME for business intelligence development and support
Assist with Oracle BI Applications implementation/integrations and/or enhanced functionality
Develop functional and technical design documentation
Design, configure and improve functionalities of OBIA
Support data conversion and integration activities when needed
Standardize systems, business processes, and data elements; and provide for seamless data exchange from feeder systems and between lines of business
Qualifications
Required:
Experience working in a PeopleSoft environment knowledgeable in People Tools and App Designer
Experience performing code and project migrations in a PeopleSoft or other ERP environment
Experience administering Windows workstation and server operating systems
Experience installing, supporting, and diagnosing hardware and software issues
Experience installing baseline updates and patches to applications
Experience with a scripting language like PowerShell or JavaScript
Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
Strong interdisciplinary problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A BS or BA degree in a technology related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
5 plus years of relevant work experience
This position requires in-office work fifty percent of the time
Preferred (Not Required):
Familiarity with Linux
Familiarity with Google or AWS Cloud infrastructure and administration
Familiarity with SQL databases and Oracle databases
Familiarity with Administration of J2E/Java based applications
Familiarity with UKG Kronos
Familiarity with Maintaining hardware such as inventory handhelds, Kronos clocks, printers.
