    To join our team as an Operations Specialist In this position, you will play a key role in supporting goal attainment of C&I energy efficiency programs in San Antonio, Texas and assisting those teams through:

    document organization, data management, project management, forecasting, quality assurance, occasional research, and administrative tasks to execute on program implementation activities.

    This is a remote role but, successful candidates need to live in San Antonio, Texas.

    Team lead - train, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality and drives process improvementsProduce regular reports, and use database tools to build reports to meet asksIdentify errors in both written and text documents and resolve.

    Provide the team with clear details of partner and stakeholder activity.
    Maintain relationships with internal program stakeholders.
