Our client is looking for a senior web designer who is able to take high-level brand vision from our creative team and bring it into technical web execution.
You will partner with our UX designers on a daily basis, ensuring every digital asset we produce - from complex landing page mockups to optimized production assets - is world-class, accessible, and high-performing.
Based within the web team, you will focus on driving daily web deliverables while maintaining a dotted-line relationship with the executive creative director to ensure total brand alignment.
You are someone who finds equal satisfaction in architecting a high-conversion landing page and ensuring that a suite of images is perfectly compressed, tagged, and stored for global use.
What You'll DoThe bridge:
Partner daily with our UX designers and brand team, ensuring that "on-brand" also means "built-for-web." You will partner with our program manager to ensure collaborative workflows between brand and web to ensure seamless delivery.
End-to-end asset creation: Design and execute high-fidelity web assets, including landing pages, promotional banners, and interactive components that align with our brand identity and web design system.
System stewardship:
Partner with our UX team to ensure all new assets scale seamlessly across all breakpoints and are consistently beautiful from mobile to ultra-wide displays.
Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for AEM.Accessibility-first design: Champion web accessibility (WCAG) standards, ensuring all visual designs are inclusive and functional for every user.
Production excellence:
Lead the optimization and resizing of image assets for web performance. You'll ensure everything is web-ready, high-res where it needs to be, and lightning-fast everywhere else.
Digital asset management:
Help ensure that our documentation and DAM is organized, up-to-date, and accessible to the broader UX and creative teams.
Requirements8-9 years of experience in web or UI design, ideally within a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment.
Senior-level precision: An obsessive attention to detail. You notice the 1px misalignment and the slightly off-brand hex code that others miss.
Web native:
Deep knowledge of web optimization, file formats, and how design translates to code (CSS/HTML awareness).
The toolkit:
Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
The portfolio:
A stellar online portfolio showcasing high-end web design, graphic design, refined typography, and a deep understanding of layout and grid systems.
Mindset:
You are "ego-free" and equally excited to mockup a flagship product page or help the production team with high-volume asset updates.
Communication:
Outstanding ability to articulate design decisions to both creative peers and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points
Previous experience using Jira for project management.
Previous experience working with zeroheight or Storybook.
Familiar with designing for and/or building webpages within third-party webinar/event platforms such as Zuddl.
Experience working within a complex, enterprise-level B2B brand or design system.
Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)'s DAM.
