Job summary
We're looking for a Clinical Site Manager to join our Priest Drive Recovery Health Center in Tempe. This is a licensed clinician role — LCSW, LPC, or LISAC required.This position performs duties in support of therapeutic services and provides comprehensive direct support services which are structured to meet the needs of an adult population composed of SMI, dual-diagnosed and/or referred persons. Additional Duties Include
Implementing the policies and clinical management procedures established for the facility Supervising clinical activities ensuring the program services are provided in accordance with policies and procedures local state and federal laws regulations and licensureaccreditation standards Creating a climate which promotes quality treatment for each member Managing the clinical staff Responsible for the clinical care provided by the site with emphasis on coordination between clinical disciplines coordination of clinical activities of the program and implementation of objectives outlined in the ADHS RBHA Provider Manual Providing direct administrative and clinical supervision for Clinical Coordinators Connective Clinical Liaison(s)and ensures effective communication among clinical team staff Oversees delivery of appropriate clinical services ensures thattheclinicalstaff members comply with established guidelines requirements set forthin regulatory contract requirements Uses qualitative quantitative outcomes process data to initiate training mentoring performance improvement activities assist individual cliniciansorclinical teams deliver excellent behavioral healthcare Communicates operational barriers including service development/network issues Site Administrator Direct Services Management staff as necessary Works cooperatively with site staff resolve identified issues atthesite level Consistently communicates Mercy Maricopa Integrated Care vision mission to staff members Facilitates integration recovery philosophy Principles Persons serious mental illness into everyday clinic operations Serves mentor coach teacher staff particularly assessment treatment planning ensuring adherence philosophy goals objectives Conducts Clinical Staff meetings discuss plans outline goals review problem areas disseminate information Orients new directly delegation
