    Position Overview:


    The Dental Hygienist functions as a key member of the dental care team under the supervision of a licensed dentist.

    Responsibilities include providing clinical dental hygiene services and patient education in accordance with state regulations.


    Minimum Requirements:
    Active WA Dental Hygiene License
    Registered license

    in the state of WA
    1+ year of experience preferred
    Current CPR

    – American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers

    TB screening :
    TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (annual)
    Proof of physical examination

    (annual from start date)
    Current health certificate

    (per contract or state regulations)
    Must meet all

    federal, state, and local requirements
    Must be

    18 years of age or older
