    Locomotive Welder

    We are seeking an experienced locomotive welder to join our team at Trans-Global Solutions. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our locomotives operate safely and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Determine vehicle condition through inspections and diagnostics.
    • Measure and cut materials to specifications.
    • welding metals together using TIG, MIG, arc, or oxy-fuel welding techniques/li>
    This role requires strong knowledge of metallurgy, mechanical inspection tools technical understanding documentation skills verbal communication inventory control accuracy dependability thoroughness ability climb heavy lifting up required travel frequently reach lokmotives needing repair 
    . Key Skills:< /ol>brior experience working on high-tech power tools equipment such as Tig Mig Arc Oxy-Fuel certainly beneficial but not necessarily requirement Note enthusiastic learning environment there opportunities develop new skill s complement existing expertise.
