Manufacturing Quality Engineer - Rochester

Job summary
To ensure that when the tool (Mold) is moved from one manufacturing location to another, the receiving plant can consistently and reliably produce parts to the exact same specifications as the original plant.This Mold transfer requires a re-validation (re-PPAP) to prove that the change in equipment, personnel or environment has not negatively impacted the product's quality.
The final package includes:
Audit of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)
Audit of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
Audit of Control Plans specific to the receiving facility
Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
Revision of Dimensional results from the trial run
