The Clinical Supervisor develops the mission goals policies and processes of the interdisciplinary clinical programs to ensure adequate and focused treatment modalities for Tribal beneficiaries.Necessary Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding and sensitivity to American Indian/Alaska Native AI/AN Tribal culture and lifestyle working effectively with AI/AN populations.
- Knowledge of state federal guidelines for clinical programs best practice techniques.
