Daily Operations:
Insight Global is seeking an Application Support Analyst to sit hybrid in Hartford, CT for a large healthcare company.

This person will be supporting enrollment applications and will be working closely with technical and business teams, analyzing and writing requirements, as well as consolidating files.

This person will be an important team member for process changes. Majority of this work will be within Excel and manipulating the data through Pivot tables and comparing files. This role will be 3 days onsite in Hartford and 2 days remote.


Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in a technical and or analytical role
Previous experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortably navigate and enhance internal proprietary systems.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or at least 3 years of healthcare experience
