    Shift: Days, XXX5-XX15, EOW
    Pay XXXX/hr on W2
    Job Requirements
    • Valid NAC license for WA state
    • BLS, Preferably from AHA

    Job Summary
    Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
    Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them as needed.
    Provide assistance with toileting and incontinence care.
    Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
    Perform routine measurements such as vital signs and weight.
    Document resident care activities and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff.
    Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
    Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
    Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including infection control protocols.
    Perform other job duties as needed or assigned by the client.
