Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Replies to technical requests or issues submitted by employees and resolves/troubleshoots issues to maintain company productivity
  • Schedules and visits different departments and sites for troubleshooting
  • Trains staff on new software in-person or through tutorial channels,
  • Create digital instructional materials and maintain the training library
