- Supervisar y preparar alimentos conforme a los estándares de calidad y recetas designadas
- Supervisar y mantener la limpieza y las normas de higiene de alimentos
- Gestionar los pedidos de los huéspedes de una manera amable, oportuna y eficiente
- Asegurar el conocimiento del menú y todos los productos alimenticios
- Abastecer y mantener a la par los niveles de las estaciones de comida designadas
- Inspeccionar visualmente todos los alimentos enviados de la cocina
- Ejercer el manejo correcto de alimentos y de los procedimientos de almacenamiento de alimentos de acuerdo a las leyes federales, estatales, locales; y los reglamentos de la empresa
- Asistir en la supervisión y el desarrollo de desempeño de los miembros del equipo incluyendo, pero no limitado a, proporcionar supervisión, asistir en las evaluaciones, adiestramiento, programación y asignación de trabajo; y la distribución de reconocimiento y recompensa
- Preparar los pedidos de suministros y alimentos, según sea necesario
